TMC Fee Audit

Travel Fee Audit is a unique service provided by Opteva designed to review travel transaction fee costs billed by TMC’s.

The audit is completely independent of any travel supplier and provides an objective and fact based review of the TMC’s costs, giving organisations the reassurance that their travel related fees have been fully and independently audited.

The unique part of this service is the depth of analysis; in addition to auditing billed transactions Opteva will audit the fees applied at a booking level in a live environment and associated billing.
